Let is a strong word. More like Tatum is 6”8 AND fast enough to guard KD and Brown is only one inch shorter. Bucks don’t have the size and speed to match Durant so they didn’t bother. The Celtics are going to get a championship eventually.

I’m so tired of how we allow an abject simpleton to spin narratives because he’s on TV. This sports entertainment media, hot take bullshyt is killing the game by killing the appreciation for the game and it’s players. KD is one of the greatest players ever. He’s struggling against a great defensive team while receiving limited help from his team and ZERO help from his dumbass coach. In what world does this mean we erase or question the things he’s done?

Nah it wasn't Kenny felt some type of way for no reason...when Kenny was on those championship rocket teams I'm sure he wasn't walking around talkin cash shyt....I don't think Charles was tryna throw shade at kenny...he know Kenny wasn't a superstar..Damn. There was some tension between Charles and Kenny. Barkley had been waiting all day for this.
When he brought up "yall like to talk about championships" I guessed he reached his limit with Kenny.
Charles was dismissing bus riders talking up their championships. If he was calling KD a rider you have assume that he feels Kenny wasn't even on that level. He Luke Walton him.

At minus 25, KD has the lowest plus/minus in the series. Bruce Brown is averaging an efficient 18 PPG while guarding Boston's best players, Dragic and Curry are both efficiently scoring in double figures, Claxton has provided rim protection, switchability and a consistent lob threat, Kyrie has struggled in the last two games but he was sublime in game 1 and gave Brooklyn every chance to start the series 1-0. The Nets have a flawed roster but they've been in every game of this series despite KD having as many turnovers as he does field goals. You couldn't ask for better production from their role players. The Nets are +8 with KD on the bench.
Also, the Warriors were dealing with injuries to Klay and KD. That 2019 series would have been a lot closer if Klay didn't injure his hamstring in game 2.

Do you know that Kareem is the greatest college basketball player of all time? That alone shows you he's a bus driver. 2nd year in the NBA and he wins the championship AS the bus driver. The 80s Lakers are not winning a single championship without Kareem. That one game where Magic lead the Lakers against Philly in the finals is not sustainable for multiple series. Soon as he left the Lakers championships ended until prime Shaq and Kobe did it.
Meanwhile KD joined the team that won a championship without him and they are back to looking like legit championship contenders soon as they healed them injuries. KD better hope the Nets have a healthy season next year and Bum Simmons actually plays. Or jokes will only get worse.
