the problem with all this is that you can't publicly defame or slander a person directly calling him a pedo or a racist when he has not legal record of being one.
people think you can say whatever you want on the internet (well you can because you are anonymous) but i guarantee you wouldn't make a youtube video or use your face and identity saying what you're saying
you can say alleged i guess but even then thats defamation because he already got brought up on charges and dealt with the case.

i'm not defending charla but people have to be careful they don't get hit with lawsuits and other shyt.
plenty of other things to get at him about that can be dealt with and taken care of now.

And the problem with what you're saying is that you want to turn everything into a legal claim rather than a moral one. Just because someone hasn't been convicted doesn't mean the community can't weigh facts for themselves and decide the moral character of a person.

the discussion wasn't centred around wether it's ok for grown men to hang with kids and that doesn't mean that it's ok to lie about them being rapists neither. BECAUSE YOU DISLIKE THEM FOR OTHER REASONS.
