It was sort of a dikk move, but it wasn't off limits and totally disrespectful like people are saying. CTG doesn't have shame in asking those types of questions and it makes him entertaining. Imo, as an artist, if something iss going to be off limits, just make it off limits.

I havent watched the interview, but I imagine they were talking about it and he alluded to it being someone he knew or something, but again, Im not really vested enough to care to watch the interview. And like you said, dudes in here are more angry than they should be. Logic took it in stride. Id be peeved in CTG kept pushing the issue.

He talked with his sister and his brother to get their blessing from what I understand. If you know somebody who has been raped (you probably do, and it's a 90% chance it was a woman), it's not unfathomable to be alright with someone sharing your story if it's going to help other rape victims cope with their trauma.

Exactly. If you start talking to me about someone violating you or someone close to you, it's not disrespectful for me to ask a follow up question based upon the info that you just volunteered to me. The title of the thread makes it seem like they were talking about James Baldwin and then Char just came out of nowhere and says "Who raped your sister?".

I agree that maybe Charlemagne could've asked it in a more empathetic way. But the rape happened a long time ago (logic doesn't look distraught over it), it's still just a question of curiosity.
