"what herc!?? but he so funny!!" no he's a douchebag..if it wasn't for him randy wouldn't be in a boarding home...if it wasn't for him bubbles would've not had suffered pretty much the majority of season 4 and parts of season 5..pretty much every character from season 1 from the wire started off as clowns..we see this with carver..the polish teacher dude..but they all matured and grown to respected characters of the series..but herc is the only one i felt that became worst...ugh

if it wasn't for that, Bubs probably would've never gotten clean

What nikka? You hated PROP JOE? this nikka was the most scheming and conniving nikka in the series. Joe was a master tactician. nikka the streets is a Game. There's a nikka like Prop Joe in every hood. Prop Joe would be successful in the streets. He always made himself a useful ally and never let you know he was a true enemy. And he always made you think you were coming out on top, even though whatever he got you to do would further his cause and fill his pocklets. I salute Joe.
