Honesty hour...he seen the money drying up and wasn't willing to sit out a season, especially with a chance to live in Miami.

Or

He was kicking bullshyt and just didn't want to go in the bubble because the bubble was the safest place in America to be so if he wanted to protect his family he would've rushed to the bubble.
Yeah it's interesting. It'll be actually less safe when they resume in December than it was in the bubble.

So did that respiratory illness go away? My question is what about his situation has changed, that makes him ready to play now?

Maybe he saw how successful the bubble was and has faith the NBA will have safe precautions?

Maybe his family won’t travel with him to Miami?

Maybe he’s a grown man that can do what he wants?

Are you gonna have this same energy for Wilson Chandler & Thabo Sefolosha if they choose to play this season?

Family didn't have to go in the bubble either :coffee: grown man or not it was a good question that I'm sure his former Laker teammates also ponder.

Man I was talking to this girl on facetime last night when I heard the Ibaka news. Even she was laughing like “you ok babes”? Ibaka was suppose to be a net or a laker

I feel betrayed :martin: you gonna go to the Clippers and get bounced 2nd round

Yeah I’m sure LeBron & AD were having sleepless nights in the bubble because they were so heartbroken over AB not showing up.

Maybe he didn’t think the bubble would work, like many people did going in, and after the success of it realized he made a bad decision? Who knows.

I just find it weird that a dozen or so players opted out of the bubble but he’s the only player I ever see getting questioned over it.

The Cosmos

I was hoping they'd resign Wenyen Gabriel. I liked what I saw from him in the bubble when he filled in for Collins.

But this is good. The forward position definitely won't be a problem this season.

Still need a veteran ball handler though. I'm not trusting Ant Simons as the only ball handler other than Dame and CJ.
