you guys believe anything. you would have made great witch hunters in the past. everyone guilty. you really think Diddy got a racist bytch running around his company?

Yes we do..why not, when has he ever stood up for Black rights???
And what has happened to common sense these days, people are willing to argue anything even in the face of proof.
Unless of course you think it's all lies by Blacks against the poor indian.

in the face of proof you say while you have only allegations :russ:

Yes puffy has never stood up for Black rights... he wasn't one of the first hip hop icons getting voters out and into politics?:patrice:

says there was an external audit on company practises and no abuse was found... this means Diddy was wise enough to not just dismiss the allegations without fact checking them first.

Fact check and then fire her..she's now tainted and a liability.
You seriously in your mind think an Indian company is recruiting a Black CEO :comeon:

damn you slow... what makes her tainted and a liability again? He fact checked on her and she came back clean meaning the allegations were unproven so he is standing by her, his decision.

this is Diddy business. tuck your feelings in. do you even subscribe to revolt?

In a bombshell letter, she alleged, “I’ve witnessed Roma say that black women intimidate her,” and that at a May brainstorming session for the Revolt Music Conference, when it was suggested that rapper Meek Mill host a talk on prison reform, “Roma responded, ‘Maybe the conversation isn’t about prison reform, maybe it’s about how to stay out of jail, black boy.’ "

She looks hideous I would be racist to black women if I looked that bad as I would be mad at the world

As a man who has smashed a few Indian/Pakistani women they all like that
Are they really all racist? Where did you meet them? How long did you date them? What led you to conclude that?

Puff still running with the "black owned" line I see
Sometimes founder show allies with CEOs that they like.
Diddy allowing an alleged racist to promote white racial talking points is damaging for the moral of African Americans. A diverse cast of panels is required for Prison Reform. Meek Mills can be there. Senators, Judges and Prosecutors do hold responsibility in racial bias, false arrest, and being inept in reforming. Black c00ns too. At the same time there is a requirement that black people need to hold up their communities to new standards without the payback and apologies and payments from racism, bias and slavery. The new community must adhere to policies that promote variety and diversifies black hood culture storytelling, and tells stories without violence or having to defend self from haters. And a provision for music to embrace artforms that push Black Men and Black Women to be their bests without cowarding to c00ns and racists.
Hopefully, employees get the platforms they need to push forward change against the regime of hate, violence, bias and racism.

Unless he has sold his share the company is essentially Puffy’s. He needs to drop this smelly dirty bytch, be employed by a black man who feeds your family and still have hate in your heart for Black people.
He obviously doesn't have the power to drop her and/or hire for the position
