It's an environment where you protect your business interests. Protecting Vince's privacy means you protect your money, you can come back to WWE at any time and work. Vince loves the Klique, the Klique loves Vince. Why would you compromise that by confirming rumors about who Trish fukked?
Doesn't mean she did it, but there will always be that doubt because as long as Vince is alive it is a mutually beneficial situation to protect that rep.
