Khayree is hip hop most underrated producer and top 5 Bay Producer of all times.

Crestside and Hillside turf war....Mac Dre dissed E40 in 92 on What's going on then because 40 sent some shots a Dre on Federal about them being broke and have to Rob banks

You are right that album was a fukk Mac Dre, Romper Room, Crestside album...Hillside and Crestside turf wars was real

Here's an old Mac Dre interview

I remember a few years back there was tension between you and other people in Vallejo. You grew up in the Northside and there was tension between you and Southside people.
Southside AND Hillside.

Yeah. What was that all about?
Ever since I was little there was tension, right? I think it started off one of my homeboys cappin' on one of they homeboys outta The Click. Then it turned into a argument. Then it turned into a boxing match. One person from they side got in, then another person and it just escalated to high powered funk for real. Me, The Mac and my homeboy Coolio was representin' on the rap tip for the Crestside. E-40, The Click and Little Bruce and them was representin' lyrically for they side. It was deeper than lyrics though.

So what's up with that now? Is it all squashed?
I'm not lookin' to get into no funk. It's deep rooted funk so I guess the animosity is there, but I'm not holdin' no grudges. There is still that rivalry there.

:ohhh: it seem like e-40 held the grudge though, because little bruce and b-legit end up doing some music. I always fukked with e-40 music more though.

Yeah 40 had a Grudge because Mac Dre Still had a hardcore following when he was still in jail, Vallejo will always be Mac Dre.

But when Mac Dre reinvented himself and started the Thizz Movement. MAC DRE was King of The Bay, That Thizz Movement and Culture was crazy.

It's funny though after Mac Dre died 40 got on that Thizz, Hyphy hype :sas2:

Yeah lol he did, but 40 is a hustler probably saw it as a business move. Both are dope though sucks they couldn't put whatever problem behind them and work together. :francis:
