The money he was paid is WHAT HE DEMANDED AND AGREED TO...
CDPR wanted to pay him royalties which he outright refused because he thought the games were going to flop...That's the equivalent of betting on a team to win, they lose and you demand your money back...
Legally I can't see how this fakkit wins as the rights to his work were legally obtained but I'm not from Poland so I don't know...
