Too late
Them or Boston should have went for him

After watching the first episode of he shop bron basically shytted on boogie and why they didn't trade for him. Which is ironic cause besides attitude everything people shytted on boogie for could be the case for Kevin love.

Never made the playoffs
Big stats but low wins
Coaches turnstile

I think Boston not trading for boogie was a mistake and I honestly believe boogie, horford, Thomas, and Bradley would have been nice and they could have kept a Brooklyn pick for next year
Naw he didn't shyt on him personally. he said those kind of situations make it hard to assess players because you don't know how good they are when it counts. he said kyrie was in the same boat and look how he turned out.

Cavs can't trade for anybody, they are stuck. They will trade Love for picks when Bron leaves and build around Kyrie.

That makes the most sense to me:manny:

Trade Love Thursday night for a lottery pick and rim protector

I'd agree although it gets them closer. Boogie would cause matchup issues for NO and could punish them for playing small

Im guessing u meant GSW??? But yea u right but he is a bigger hot head than dray so do u trust him in that moment to be level headed? Plus he not putting up with Bron's shyt

Thats more on Gentry. Like why no high/low plays between them like never. I mean yeah their personnel wasnt ideal but if they can land a Solid 1, a couple shooters and a 3 and D swing, they can easily make the offs next year.

So all they need to do is just need to revamp their entire roster in a single offseason and they can make the playoffs :skip:

The Pelicans are in a terrible spot to be honest, they have to be good in order to retain Cousins who will be a FA at the end of next season. The biggest issue for them is that they don't have cap flexibility to really improve the roster, case in point they pretty much have to re-sign Jrue Holiday because they don't have the space to sign anyone else in his place, and if they do re-sign him that's there team until 2020 because of all the awful contracts they've handed out - Hill, Moore and Asik are making 1/3 of the cap until 2020. Next year Cousins will get 1/3 of the cap, so their roster that you see put together at the end of this summer will essentially be their team going forward unless they strike gold in the draft next year.

I could see why a Love for Cousins trade would be appealing, only if they could get another player like Shumpert added in because they need more talent anyway they can get it.
So even after the gift-wrapped surprise Sacramento gave them in an all star center, it was still far too late to overcome the years of shytty gm moves.

That's very disappointing. Between the current roster and the coaching staff, sounds like another throwaway year of systemless .500 basketball before DeMarcus bounces or is traded to another team

It's going to take some shrewd moves on their part to get the talent they need which is wing players to compliment AD & Boogie, the frontcourt itself works and puts up huge numbers. The issue is they get next to nothing from their SG/SF and bench so you don't really worry about AD & Boogie combining for 53/22 because in the end the rest of the dudes on their team will be lucky to hit 45 and that includes Holiday.

If they had even average SG/SFs they'd be better than the Jazz IMO, just average wing players.

You mean like a Courtney Lee / Otis Porter type? If they have no money after resigning Holiday then they're going to need someone to take their overpriced trash in a swap (unless some of those are expiring soon) or get some of that Spurs magic where they can land a dleaguer like Simmons who can be an instant contributor. Or if someone like Vince Carter wants to have one more pit stop on the geriatric tour.

Either way it's looking bleak.

AD and Boogie do play well together but i hate how the team is ran. Its like their supporting cast, including Holiday, lack bball savvy or just proper coaching and do a buncha dumbshyt, and then it's pretty much AD and Boogie pressing to get the team back within striking distance for the rest of the game.
