Castleberry Hill in Atlanta said no to gentrification

I was wondering because it seems like they were trying to say it’s not gentrified but also saying it’s gentrified in the same report lol. They didn’t even talk to anybody else besides the barbershop and that other dude. You’d think they’d have mad people available for this story If it’s not gentrified. It's about 50/50 black and white in my opinion in terms of the residential real estate.

A lot of liberal whites live over there but you would never know because most of the nightlife attractions are 90% black .


If they put a major brewery over there you would clearly see the number of whites.

Atlanta is predominantly black. Its not one area. Its damn near everything outside of buckhead. You're confused by the income disparity but that doesn't mean it isn't majority black. White people only inhabit downtown/midtown and the outskirts for the most part.

Yep! Funny....I ran into an old friend at the gym who recently bought a shytty home in the West end that he and his cousin are fixing up. This mf is a first generation Guyananian-American, and I asked him about the area. I asked him how are you holding up in the hood? He gonna reply back, "well it's finally getting cleaned up, and the people who were there who couldn't get their act together are being moved out." I wanted to slap tf outta this mf, but I just reminded him that his fukkin Granny swam over here from a damn jungle as a refugee into our shyt.

Bra....Atlanta's Black population is being DESTROYED by a "diverse" array of white supremacist. I'm not just talking about "whites". Their numbers are done for, so their next best option is to allow immigrants who they train to think like them into those spaces. All that I see in downtown now is a hood nikkas and Black tourist scouring the streets waiting to be cleared away at any time, while their Oriental, Indian and white Hispanic overlords position themselves to spit on them from their quarter million plus lofts that they can afford from all of their gas stations and nail salons. It does not matter WHERE I go in the city I see Cacs trying to mozzy on in to every corner. My weedman is in the West, and I do casual exploring in the area to see what's going on, and it all looks like a massive future gentrification project in the making.
