He has a thyroid problem, a legit diagnosed one.

Still, he looks awful, and his ring attire does him no favors. His best bet is to completely switch up his ring attire. I’ve been saying for like 5 years he needs to be wearing some Big Bossman/Shield style attire, something that covers him up. It would be different if he was huge and intimidating like Vader, Bam Bam, Viscera, etc, but no, this dude is just fat and sloppy as shyt. Which sucks, cause he’s still a high level wrestler.
