Another sad moment was when Fry was trying to get his 5 leaf clover back. He thought his jealous brother stole it from him along with his name and dreams. Come to find out, his brother actually named his son after Fry and gave him the 5 leaf clover out of love.
Of we counting anime then the funeral of Mayes Hughs in Full Metal Alchemist needs to be mentioned. I was alright until his daughters started talking then.

Yeah, one of the new eps when the show got uncanceled had Fry going back to the past (he didn't really go back, I think it was like an illusion, I forgot how it happened). You could really feel his pain when he was refusing to go back to the future. Fry knew he wasn't really in the past, but he still didn't want to go back. He loved the illusion more than reality.
