Those potential sentences seem lenient af.

Without looking into it much (because I really don't want to have searches for CP sentencing history be a thing I ever do in my life), this looks and sounds like general guidelines for sentencing being outdated, and not accounting for how the internet has made access to all forms of porn incredibly easy. The way it reads, "12 videos or 600 images" seems like the upper limit of shyt they could punish someone for having. In today's world, if someone collects porn locally, even if it's standard non disgusting or illegal shyt, they're probably blowing that number out of the water easily. They gotta update the possible maximum sentencing.

On a different note, the task force that got him being called ICAC is absolutely fukking crazy. :dead:
