It would have added 10 minutes to the thing. And it had a little bit of a rom-com vibe in the middle of trying to kill the family with the pong pong fruits. It just felt like I was trying to do too much narratively.”

I was like “This bytch!” Lol. I liked the flip that happened within the family. The daughter thinking she was above it all, when in reality, she was privileged enough to drag her family to the other side of the planet and be like “eh, nah…”.

The brothers’ re-balancing of confidence, the dad realizing he’s man enough to be seen as less than what he earned. I don’t think the mom flipped at all.

The think I like most about the show is them slowly thinning the veneer of civilization from all the characters, no matter how secure they think they are in themselves.

Weakest season so far, but it still kept me hooked and entertained. I really wanted Greg to get his comeuppance, but it's not really that kinda show.

I'd love to see one of the bougie family's kids stuck in a service job in a future season. Bonus points if it's the vapid older son finding spirituality after reading those books from teeth.

Felt bad for Teeth, but also...she was in as bad or worse denial than everyone else.

It's nice to see some of the characters that typically get stepped on in a White Lotus show end up getting good karma. Thai guy took the shot, and masseuse lady took the money. But it's cynical as hell (which is fitting for this series) that they both had to give up on their principles to reap the rewards.

I agree with heads that said this season was too predictable. My only complaint is that you could see a lot of what was coming from a mile away.
