If things stay the way they are they have to play OKC or HOU, not both. GS would play SA, POR and the HOU/OKC winner in the WCF

Meaning first round GS vs SAS
Second round GS vs OKC and WCF vs Rockets
IF they make it that far.

Why would you assume OKC would be 3rd? Portland's playing better and has two games up on them
OKC is closer to the 8th seed than the 3rd.
OKC will play the Jazz. They are guaranteed a semi-final spot at this rate. And if the Warriors are wounded, they can beat them too. Unfortately they will have to earn it if they play HOU but hopefully a lower seed like SA makes it so OKC gets the Warriors instead.

Based on the W/L columnn, yes. One or two wins keeps OKC right where they are. 1 or 2 losses could send them to 7th, 8th, or out of the playoffs completely.
Yes but you're assuming that every team WINS at the exact same time. Not likely. I think OKC gets in as a 4th seed where they are now.
48 wins guarantees you a playoff spot and they are only 5 wins away from that goal.
