I'm trying to up the cardio to about 3-4 times a week from 1-2.

I thought about doing plyometrics for cardio at least one of those days.

What is this set up called? I'd cop something like this.

I'm still at it... I run a staggered 3 week bike and lifting cycle at a 4 week cadence. So it looks something like:

Week 1: Bike 100% + no weights (deload)
Week 2: Bike 75% + weights @ 8 reps
Week 3: Bike 50% + weights @ 9 reps
Week 4: Very little bike (deload) + weights @ 10 reps

So far... not bad

I bought a heavy bag right before the whole world shut down.

so, my lockdown cardio consists of six or seven rounds (3-6 minutes) on the bag, with one minute of rest in between. I try to do this five days a week.

I must be pretty out of shape ... because I’m completely smoked after every workout (30-40 minutes).
