There's no better feeling than running a couple 5 on 5 games at the gym (if you win of course)
However, do you burn fat playing basketball the same way you would burn fat running ?
I looked up some of the fat but I want to hear anecdotals from you guys. i know it's hard sometimes to start playing right away because you have to wait for a couple games to play sometimes and if you lose, then you go back to the line and start asking people if they got 5, and willing to take you on.
Have you guys found the treadmill more effective than basketball when it comes to cutting fat?
