Only female emcee we can trust that wrote her shyt is only:

Bahamadia
Ang 13

I have been told y'all female rappers have never had a cultural Renaissance. To the point that the entire industry.
had to walk it back from the Roxanne wars and its negative effects are still prevalent in all of music to this day.

Art Barr
Mia X or she has some dirt on her name with the writing too ?

he's credited on a lot of songs, with a lot of other people, not just those. and calm your t*ts, i never said he "wrote her verses". clearly he wrote for her, it could have been an adlib, a line, told her "say it like this not like that" etc. you don't know either. and the same could be said for cardi
I don’t know how Safaree talking shyt on tracks equates to Pardi writing entire verses for Cardi but I’ll let you have it.

Sa-Roc is arguably the GOAT female MC when factoring talent alone, but gets little shine.

Until the mainstream desires some form of substance, these bird brain raps will keep being mastermind.

The thing is, it's not just Cardi's sh*t.

Damn near all these overnight R&B dudes and planted rappers have these kinds of situations going on. Atlantic literally has a vault of pre-written songs just chillin. Once you sign, you have to sit and go through tracks they basically force you to put on your album.

And other acts like Drake, The Weeknd, Post Malone and Travis Scott and every other dude the industry forces on people, same sh*t. Mad writers and producers working closely with the labels to build songs for "artists" that can't sit and write sh*t for themselves. It's almost expected now in the business. Mad corny.

She's cool, but nowhere near close to being the GOAT female MC based on talent alone. She's not even higher on the list than the legend she got her name from.

Easily, a ridiculous amount of female MC's who are way better and have dropped actual classics in the past 30+ years.

A lot of R & B stars get whole completed songs handed to them by producer and writing teams. If they like the song presented to them all they do is go into the studio and sing right on top of the ghost singer's vocals and then the studio engineer erases the ghost singer and the track becomes the stars record. Jill Scott was doing a lot of ghost singing before she got her shot. Remember the two versions of The Roots "You Got Me", the original with Jill and the label backed do over with Erykah Badu

I'm all ears to hearing who you think is way better currently (truly).
