the vast majority of non Hispanic Caribbean immigrants identify as black (90%+ for Haiti and Jamaica, less for Trinidad as there a lot of Indo-Trini immigrants too)
the Spanish Caribbean immigrants tend to be white if they are from Cuba and mixed if they are from DR.

here's as idea for you: actually go to the Caribbean
maybe Haiti, where the word neg is a term of endearment
or Curacao, where being considered Curacaoan means accepted the African heritage of the country

Black is the strongest gene pool there is so anything mixed with black won't be no even split because black will win that battle, but for sake of debate most times mixed people ride with the race who provides more, if they Spanish side doing better, they Spanish.
