Is our government doing immoral and fukked up shyt behind the scenes? Of course. But I don't think this is it. If they're gonna target an influential celebrity they'll go after someone of value like a Beyonce, Oprah, Obama, etc. Not some mediocre Nicki Minaj clone who's 15 minutes is almost expired. Being a celebrity is very stressful I bet half of them did some coke before the award show.

Also the brain is a very complex organ. I don't believe we possess the knowledge and technology to 'control' it (in a way that people are suggesting). We can't cure diseases. We let the Russians hack our elections. We can't send anyone back to the moon. Yet we can control people's minds? Makes no sense.

The original MK Ultra failed because LSD did the opposite of mind control. It actually made test subjects more free, rebellious, and anarchic (which is obviously what the government DOES NOT want and probably why the drug is illegal now).
