I just tried to hit up my cousin down there. Judging from her Facebook posts it looks like she stayed home to avoid fukkery.Not only did this man run over people but then got out and started shooting

Bourbon street weirdly isn’t pedestrianized during the day. When it is blocked, they put up the bullshyt barricades that this guy apparently ran through. There are a ton of busy cross streets with car traffic along Bourbon as well. I wonder if they’ll ever make the whole FQ car free

I honestly feel like there is a shadow government that plans organized hits to go against the stance of current government, create awareness for potential laws, or keep society in check.
There are layers to this thing.
