If you see it, you wouldn't think a white woman wrote and directed it.

Also, she did 3 episodes of Billions.

And like the Russo Brothers, she works as a team with someone else.

What difference does it make she's not even the main character. But since you want to go there, the way she evolved from the beginning to now is she was the one character that could out smart Axe and going into the new season, she looks like she's going to be his biggest adversary.
