Captain America was one of the better marvel films.

Cpt America is close to my fav outta the lot, mainly because i enjoy the build up of the back story, and the history of it all. Instead of just random fight scenes and explosions constantly. The real story and acting is the diff between these marvels flicks and a M bay movie.

Captain America was one of the better marvel films.

I tend to agree. I held off on watching Captain America til probably about 2 weeks ago and I loved it. I thought he was basically useless in Avengers so I had no interest in his own movie. I ended up liking Captain America better than everything but Avengers and the Ironman franchise.

Still haven't seen the Ed Norton "Hulk" movie though, I just don't care man. Plus, I can't see Norton fukking with Mark Ruffalo. Ruffalo is the absolute perfect Bruce Banner.

The first hour or so of Captain America was some of the best film making and storytelling in a Marvel movie. They did a perfect job explaining why Steve was the best man for the experiment and making you like the guy, but once he became Captain America the movie turned into a montage of sloppy action scenes that never really had any tension to them until they got it back together at the end.

"I had a date" was a great closing line, easily on par if not outdoing "I am Iron Man".

No, it was better than "I am Iron Man." Had a thug wiping his eyes just in case there was a twinkle. The story telling was surprisingly fukking good man. I don't think the film gets the prop it deserves but you're right about the sloppy action montage thing

i didn't even get to watch that much of the first one, cause it was boring the hell out of me. i guess i went in expecting more action. it would be like comparing batman begins and the dark knight. hopefully the 2nd one is more like the dark knight...loved that fukkin movie.

So is this movie Phase 2? Cuz so far, i haven't seen shyt about phase 2 in either Iron Man 3 or Thor

captain America 2 and guardians of the galaxy are next year but are also phase 2. And will lead to avengers 2 in 2015

Co-sign, da 1st half of that movie, had me feelin like I was actualy Rudy n hopin for dude to make it against all odds. Also, how they tied in Starks father n everything to it was genius.
