Black is how you classify race and african is how you get closer to classifying you're nationality and that nationality for me is cape verde.

The black diaspora does not really use the label black like black americans because black americans don't know where they come from in africa so black americans blanket all black people with the term black to umify the diaspora but no one else does this naturally.

If I see a Korean and say to my wife. Hey look your peeps she looks at me in disgust and says. That's a fukkin Korean stop it.

If you say to a Ethiopian hey look your peeps looking at an Eritrean theyll probably say something similar. They don't look at the world through a racial lense like black americans.

The term black is for a nameless people but serves a purpose to unify black people against every other race so we can practice racism but yes that is my race.
