Seems like a paradox. You have to choose one or the other. Either continue bulking up or start cutting.


Usually I can cut within a few weeks (2-4). Sometimes even sooner. Then I bulk up as "necessary".

Necessary = the point where you barely have any energy to lift.

Usually when I cut, I drop carbs and protein shakes.

When and if, you get to this point immediately, take pictures, then start bulking up. It's not healthy for too low or weak in body fat...
