Canibus's "Second Round K.O." dropped 18 years ago today

I dare you to find me a credible list from a major publication who has a greatest diss track list that lists jack the ripper as one of the greates diss tracks of all time. You can't. 2nd round k.o is always mentioned. Not to mention all the talk of ll using ghost writers. LL's diss had a more hype delivery, That's it.

I'm more interested though in the albums these 2 are releasing this year. LL is dropping G.O.A.T 2 and bis is dropping Can-i-bus 2. i would love to hear them working together considering they squashed the beef last year.

I never shytted on 2nd RKO, it's one of the GOAT diss tracks but that doesn't mean he won the beef. LL ended dude's career and Bis did no major damage to his. Just because I think LL won doesn't mean that I don't think that Canibus didn't put out a good track.

Ehhh Canibus won that battle between them. LL thought enough of the dude to essentially blackball him, and people forget LL had to go back to his street shyt for a couple of years after that to recoup his credibility.

I don't know the exact year, but you're right, it was in the middle of the D-Block beef, because Sigel dissed Canibus on "Put Ya Hands Up"...

I like Sigel, but he wasn't a match for Canibus lyrically.
