People don't like to talk about it but that was more than a lost. If Floyd schooled him then Bivol just flat out whupped his ass. We all seen how bruised up he looked after the fight.How much did that Bivol ass whoopin take off of Canelo
Hopefully GGGs camp watched the Bivol fight. The biggest takeaway from that fight was Bivol didn't waste punches. He threw jabs, straights, and short hooks. Nothing looping.

It really wasn't an "ass whooping" like that. As in canelo didn't take much actual physical punishment. It was more canelo slugging it across the ring for 7 rounds and bivol just being happy with a decision. If anything I think it was bad look bivol couldn't do more against a man on an empty gas tank. If you're talking "mentally" I'm not really too concerned. I think canelo accepted the L and understands why he lost. He bounced back strong after the Floyd L. I think he'll do the same tonight. But I still think it'll be an exciting fight. Both guys know eachother well.

Im talking more on the physical end, mentally i know Canelo is 100 grand. Artur is stronger but I think Bivol presents more problems due to his movement, Nello was getting tagged up, damn near getting toyed with. Even though Artur is a stiff but could potentially do more damage though.

He took a few good licks. But I don't think it's anything he hasn't felt before. Bivol would throw a 15 punch flurry and land maybe 1. I think the little g rematch was prolly more grueling and canelo was back 3 months later.
I still stand by my prediction that canelo beats bivol in the rematch. People act like he got wiped out 12-0 but the first half was extremely close. I'm not really worried about canelo being physically damaged from it. My biggest and only concern for tonight is that canelo's stamina problems will show up again. He had been on a good roll ever since the first little g fight. But his last two fights he was huffing and puffing after the 4th. If canelo's stamina is solid I think he's gonna punish little g. Golovkin will have his moments as long as he comes to fight but I think canelo just has more dog in him as he proved in that rematch.
Looking forward to seeing this fight again.
