I was exaggerating with the concrete, but it was old dried up gauze from previous fights inserted under the padding. Gauze that had been sweated through and wet and dried out to become hard as a rock. I think they caught it under his left hand.

The gauze was never hard though.. it was just a extra piece of gauze

Cotto needs to rematch Trout, throw some real money at #KirklandKutthroats and fight him, or defend against GGG.

He couldn't get the Ginger fight done, and I don't wanna see him and Floyd fight again until he gets a real impressive win over a live body (not FNF nikkas or cripples)

GGG/Cotto probably won't be happening. I'll be good with Cotto/Kirkland, although I don't see Kirkland's dumb ass fighting anytime soon. I'm gonna be honest, I have no interest in seeing Trout on my TV screen again anytime soon.

Yeah I wouldn't hold my breath either for GGG/Cotto. Trout is hit or miss depending on who you match him with. Put in there with an aggressive banger and he shines and is entertaining. Put him in there with guys like Lara or Delvin Rodriguez and you'll have a hard time staying awake.

I just think Cotto needs to avenge that loss, before I hear anybody talk about him being better than Tito or only losing to elite fighters. (He kinda avenged Margo), but another Trout fight should definitely happen for legacy's sake.

Kirkland is his own worse enemy. I think since he never got the title fight he deserved or the big money that someone with his style should have gotten, he lost his desire to box. Unless someone is throwing at least a mil at Kirkland, I doubt we'll see him fight anytime soon. Sad thing is he has to fight more often in order to build up that momentum again in order to suggest million dollar purses. shyt's tragic, but . What can you do. I rewatched the Tapia fight a couple of weeks ago and just seeing him fukk his career up like that.
