I'm reading Undisputed Truth right now and can't find any info on Mike's workouts. I was hoping somebody could help me out with that. I'm broke right now, but if I could find out out exactly what Mike did to get the body he has, I will spend every last penny I have on a gym membership.no question about it.

You don't need to copy Mike to get ripped. Do heavy compound lifts, eat enough quality protein, take in enough calories, know whether you should be cutting or bulkking, and rest. Voila.

Breh, THEY SAY he did calistinics only, but I doubt that he had to do some type of lifting to get that physique, I cant find it but it's out there somewhere where they said he didn't lift, he only did bodyweight exercises and drank fruit juice and ate steak only

Another thing to remember about Mike is that they said he was already big like an adult at a young age.

A lot of old school trainers were against fighters lifting weights

Yep at age 12 he was 5'10 190 pounds, so his genetics might be in a whole different ball park than yours OP, you gonna have to figure out what works best for your body and not what worked best for Mike Tyson's.

If your natural frame is big/strong enough and you have the right genetics, you can get that physique doing bodyweight exercises. :yeshrug: You'd just have to be extremely lucky/gifted physically, which Mike was.

All that stuff is pretty dumb. Dude would have never been able to take a shyt if that was true. Plus he woulda died, ask Brock Lesnar.

I agree with you to a certain extent, the nikka may have mainly did bodyweight, but to get traps and shoulders like that you picking up some weights fam, Mike touched the weights.
