And you didn't even mention the drive there if you don't live in the city.
I was thinking about going to see the Cowboys when they play the Panthers...but I live an hour and a half away
and gas is $3.85/gallon 
Tickets are so god damn expensive for NFL games. I can get court side seats at an NBA game or seats behind home plate at an MLB game for decent field level seats at an NFL game

I live near Redskins stadium, so the few times I go there... I walk.
If I didnt live near Fed Ex Field, I would never goto a Redskins game. I cannot imagine a worse experience than driving to Fed Ex Field for any fan in America.

Honestly, it's the secondary market that makes the ticket pricing so bad.
Those "empty" stadiums are sold out most of the time because professional scalpers are trying to sell seats on stubhub etc. and are ok with taking a loss rather than selling seats for face value. The fact that there's companies operating full time reselling tickets is ridiculous. That's part of the reason I say fukk a game. I'm not paying some dude 150 dollars a ticket for seats he paid 40 dollars for. fukk that I'll just chill in a bar or at home

It costs like $50 to park at Cowboy Stadium....no joke...might even be higher than that. I gotta drive 45 mins to get there.
Add in the $100+ ticket, plus if you get anything to eat and ur looking at over $200 per person just to go to an NFL game.

Because, I'd rather stay in my comfortable living room watching the 80 inch TV I just payed off, with my friends and fam, with good beer, all the wings I can eat, in the AC/Heated comfort of my own home.
It sucks for you young brehs, when I was a kid Giants tickets were maybe 45-50 bucks a pop and they were for good seats. You'd be lucky if you paid less than a bill now.
