Cam deserves the criticism. He has smugness about him that shows it's all about him. He blamed former black quarterbacks in Vince young and Jamarcus Russell for the criticism he was getting. There was absolutely no need for him to say that yet he did to separate himself.

He is a good example of a guy starting hot and having a couple good years (took NO to the playoffs) and then being a bum for the remainder of his career.
