I don't know if I'd call Talib wack, but the further away from the Rawkus era and the further away he's gone from his original collaborators, the less and less I've liked him.
He's been picking terrible beats, whining and "clapping back" on Twitter, and just generally gives off a whiney and corny aura.
And this is coming from someone who would, at least at some point, consider himself a really big Kweli fan.
At this point I've just stopped listening to new Kweli. His last 2-3 projects have been subpar, and not just in comparison to his own catalogue, but in general. Subpar, semi-professional backpack rap, which is amongst the worst sub-genre of rap there is.
Nothing worse than a rapper with a message rapping off beat on beats made by what sounds like fans living in their grandparents basements.
