In tech Indians are the WOAT candidates 98% of the time and the other 2% are the best engineers alive. I can't stand interviewing them though.

I know its gonna be some bullshyt most likely. One time I had a dude on video doing a technical interview and he had someone on his phone answering the questions for him while he tried to lip sync that shyt.

I told him after that I appreciate the creativity and it was entertaining but he was better off just having the other dude interview on camera for him. I didn't know what they looked like and I wouldn't have remembered anyway.

He just laughed and said "Thank you, next time I will do the needful"
