Add chicken breast to slow cooker

Add Garlic clove, Tarragon, Seasoning, and cover with chicken stock

4hours high.....

Shred chicken in dish.............................

Prepare Spread

Mix Low Fat cottage cheese with your choice of seasonings.....

Prepare Sandwich

Spread cottage cheese on Low Gi Bread like Wholewheat

Add shredded Chicken

Iceburg Lettuce

Sliced tomato

and low fat cheese of whatever variety you prefer.......

again use quantities and aim for 40/40/20 split ...or whatever your macro nutrient requirements are

When I used to eat Pork, I made a penne sausage burger bake would last 2/3 days.

:dame:

1.5 KG of penne pasta
800 grams of shredded cheese Spicy Chili flakes
3 jars of tomato sauce

Cook pasta as usual, shred the cheese if you haven't while it is cooking.

Cook the sausage on the stove, once done dice it up into smaller portions.

Pour the tomato sauce over the cooked pasta and layer your pan with pasta, cheese, meat, cheese, pasta, cheese, meat, etc.

Cook at 410 until it's done.

I'm gonna head to the grocery store and might post some more.

To be honest, I'm lazy as fukk. I stick to the super basics for "dieting" but I can cook my ass off if in cookies by for food enjoyment

I need to stop being lazy and start making better salads with homemade dressing, but it's annoying buying so many ingredients
