Beans and corn with rice

Two cans of black beans

Two cans of corn

Drain both

Put down on a 13x9 pan

Dice an onion

Add onion powder,garlic powder,salt, olive oil, pepper, fresh cilantro and a little lemon juice (lime juice instead of you believe that lemons are a Babylon thing and are fake fruits)

425 for 45 mins

Put washed basmati rice into rice cooker season with olive oil and salt


Put veggies on top of rice with some hot sauce

Thin crust pizza

What you need

A cast iron skillet
Tortillas that will fit the skillet
Cheese that melts easily
An egg
Pesto or pizza sauce
Olive oli
Any pizza toppings you love

Put your cast iron pan on high heat

Add a drizzle of olive oil and once it starts shimmering turn the heat to medium high or medium
With a paper towel spread the oil around the pan

Put the tortilla down rough side in the pan

As it heats up put your hand on the tortilla once the heat causes it to "bubble with heat"

Add sauce to it getting it all over

Add cheese

Add toppings after I add the pepperoni what I do is crack an egg right in the middle add more cheese and drizzle some olive oil

Turn the broiler of your oven on high

Put the pizza in for 2-4 minutes

Take the pizza out with a spatula the cast iron pan will be hot as shyt

If the crust is crisp you followed the steps correctly

Cut into four slices and enjoy

But if you making more than one at a time like I do wait at least 25 mins for the cast iron pan to cool down all the way

When I make this for dinner I eat two

pairs well with cranberry pomegranate juice

What you need

Cast iron skillet
Ground chicken
Those frozen udon noodles from an Asian market
Broccoli or any green veggie
Full fat og Soy Sauce
Canola oil
A knob of ginger minced
Some garlic minced
Two cups water or chicken broth
Sesame oil

Directions

Heat the pan on med high

Add a thin amount of canola oil

Sauté half of the minced garlic

Sauté the broccoli

Take it all out

Brown the chicken

Add two cups of liquid

Add some soy sauce

Put two cups of liquid

Bring to a broil

Waft the funk you about to be blessed with

Add two packets of the frozen udon noodles to the meat broth

The noodles with cook in two minutes and absorb the flavor add the broccoli and the minced ginger

Put a cover on it for five minutes and put it on low

Add a little little bit of sesame oil

Top with some hot sauce

Eat brehs

I really just stick with grilled chicken breast and broccoli I'm lazy

Pearled Rice/Brown Rice

Two Garlic cloves

Onion

Black Beans

Spinach

Chicken Breast

Chicken Stock

Seasoning - You choose

Herbs - Thyme, Basil, etc

........................................Add everything above to slow cooker on high for 4 hours, aim for 40/40/20 split....and distribute accordingly.....
