Can we get a subform for ROMS/Emulators/Cheats/Mods/Hacks?

I know there are plenty of brehs here who would like to have one central spot for roms/emus/hacks in one central location

you can do a thread you don't need a forum. maybe mobile devices (android,ios,windows,rumors,news) should be a forum and you can put your thread in there?

Wouldn't pop at all. On a related note, I can't find a complete Saturn emulator anywhere, the new downloads are all missing a file...and the psone ones don't have any good tutorials that I can use to install (since I'm terrible at this technology ish).

My problem is the roms I guess. The problem im getting is the emulators dont match the roms i think. Aero fighters and some other shooters Ive dl'd multiple rom sets and mame versions kawakis and other shyt to only be stuck with a bunch of bullshyt. Some do work but nothing I would want to play

try the programs on these websites. These applications are able to scan roms and check, and sometimes fix them so that they work on several versions of MAME/other emulators
