Instead of trying to escape our home planet and terraform some barren planet that will probably never sustain life...why don't we try to move our home planet away from the sun towards a younger star..seems more possible than trying to travel at the speed of light even tho moving this planet to another star might take millions of years..

Moving a planet actually isnt out of the realm of possibilties, but moving the Earth would be near impossible. But lets say we can do this, life on the planet would cease to exist. It would take ridiculous amounts of energy, the cold would turn this planet into a giant popsicle, impacts from bodies in space....it would be horrible.

This would be cool as hell, but scary. I was actually watching through the wormhole before i switched to the game, and they had a section about our ability to do just that in the future. I missed it though. Hydrogen bomb detonations are literally what the sun is doing every second of every day for the last couple billion years. Nukes are the power of the sun in human possession. They are so scary :wow:
