Which is an issue more important than any of the topics discussed here.
The sun's lifespan has about 4.5 or 5 billion years left, but life on Earth will end in about 500 million years due to the sun heating up as its fuel is burnt and changed into heavier elements.
So we only have about 500 million years to figure out a way to get off this planet and populate other planets outside of our solar system, if not then mankind and all it's history are toast.
I once read somewhere that it would take about a couple hundred thousand years to reach the nearest star (and that's at the speed of light which we'll never be able to achieve).
Is this bending space to create a wormhole that would get us to another solar system a legitimate theory or is it just some science fiction Star Trek type sh1t? How the fuk would u even go about "bending" space on such a large scale like that anyway?
What solutions are we currently making in order for mankind to continue existing for billions and billions of years?
Or are we just waiting for mankind to die?
