I fukks with "One Tree Hill" heavy, but I wouldn't call it the GOAT. "Friday Night Lights" might have that title.

FNL is the GOAT.
One Tree Hill is pretty good but it fell way off in the later seasons.
I never watched the OC.
Gossip Girl is pretty decent too but had the same problem of going on too long.
