Can we admit the second half of Logan was trash?

I can’t remember anything that happened in the movie besides Prof X having Alzheimer’s.

The Wolverine was a way better movie than its given credit for, btw

Cyclops and Sabertooth? Jesus Christ

^^^^^^

Someone fighting an ‘evil’ version of themselves is the least creative ideas for a villain. Bringing in another mutant wolverine has a emotional connection to would have been way more interesting.

And im not pulling that out my ass sabertooth was supposed to be in the movie

Older Logan fighting a younger version of himself was fantastic. The setup with weapon X with Prof X in the bedroom and Logan seeing him for the first time was dope. But I'm not going to go back forth with you on this. That shyt was great to me.

As great a movie as Logan is, I was super burnt out on so many of the X-men movies being "Wolverine and those other guys" by that point. I wish they would have put more respect on the whole team.

First Class should have been a hard reboot with the O5 from the comics IMO.

Dystopian society movies are great

Was it even dystopian though? They sold it as an old man Logan type of movie but most of the world seemed to be carrying on just fine. There were plenty of people in the casino and stores they stopped in like regular. The farmers family seemed like normal people.

na…. But some past coli standards him fighting himself was played and unoriginal

I didn’t make the standards but willing to review and revise whenever anyone else does.

But Logan not gonna get special rules and considerations

Did people think it was dope when captain america fought himself in end game? :dahell:

Yes. Very polarizing with it's 8.1 on IMDB. 4.1 on letterboxd, 94% critics and 90% audience scores...
But we are speaking in a thread about its "second half being trash" and quite a few posters agreeing with sentiments + it being a forgettable film

 I would say those score + what we seeing in here makes it... polarizing
