He infiltrated the golden city without anyone noticing, stole all of their vibranium, forced the panther goddess Bast to acknowledge him through sheer force of will, then forced T'Challa to render Wakanda's entire Vibranium supply worthless just to "beat" him. And to add insult to injury, this man Doom will later on cause the Incursions that destroy a multiverse's worth of Wakandas despite T'Challa's best efforts to protect one.

T'Challa vs Namor ended in a draw because he couldn't kill the latter properly.
