He should but he won't. For one, he'd be a target if he did, and two, he's one of these guys who has seen too many mob movies and listened to too much gangsta rap and believes he needs to honor some street code...though the words "street" and "honor" have less business being in the same sentence as the words "gangsta" and "rap", aint no honor in a world where money trumps everything else. If revenge killings were legal then I'd also think that dudes who provide informaton to the cops in situations like this are soft, if I have the legal right to avenge my best friends murder then you already know you're dying... but since it's not legal and the cops will put your black ass in jail forever for that then nah, let the law handle it, help them handle if you can. You'd rather let your man's mother live with the fact that her child's killer is out there free instead of help the cops bring him to justice? Animal logic
Nah he not going to say anything unless he wants his career to be over. Sounds dumb but thats how it is . The fact that criminals have somehow convinced people that their criminal acts should be left in the dark and speaking on it makes you a lame is insane. I have no problem with them retaliating and killin that fukk nikka after shootin into a crowd and killin one of their own. I have the utmost respect for a man that's willin to carry out his own justice vs waitin for white daddy with a badge to. If a nikka popped my one of my brothers and I know who it was Ima try my best to get him before they do
That's how a lot of these murders happen, I'm damn near 1000% positive the law gets on some let them kill each other then we'll book the rest type of shyt. I have no problem with it, these are grown men and if this is the path they want to choose then so be it. Just don't hit any bystanders

Troy won't have to. He'll provide the gun he shot which won't match the ballistics test in killing his friend and girl. He's clearly shown in the video limping indicating he was hit and was retaliating. He'll serve no time. It was self defense.
