I believe Prime wanted his son and a few other players to get more exposure. He wanted to run his own program and found the proper place for it. He brought in a bunch of his guys, a bunch of prostyle coordinators, and prostyle analysts to help improve his son's game and get him prepared for the NFL. I believe he will hand this program over to Sean Lewis or someone else soon.
It is a win-win for Colorado, they get money, recognition, and recruits for a year or two, then Lewis takes the program over when Deion's son, Hunter, and maybe a few others go pro. Deion likely coaches in the NFL as well.
I doubt Deion is heading to the NFL unless the team taking Shedeur wants him. As if he wants all the control like you stated, it won't come easy or immediately.I don't believe that to be the case.
