The way the Migos rap is closer to the old Memphis/Lord Infamous except not as sharp or fast...not the same as Bone or Twista.

Anybody rapping like this in 2013-2014 is directly biting these nikkas though, I've heard everbody from Jeezy,Fab,Drake and Meek shark this shyt.

these flows are mathematical, they cannot be fathered, only tapped into.

Pythagorus is credited as discovering the "pythagorean theorem" when it was used in Egypt long before he was born.

this is the REAL Black magic.

note how perfect the Migos adlibs are. perfectly cadent and adds the perfect amount of emphasis.

this is why Drake needed Migos to adlib his Versace verse, he doesn't have enough melanin to freestyle adlibs on the fly, if drake adlibbed the verse on his own, it would've felt too premeditated because although Drake is using the same Math as the Migos on Versace, he didn't let the Math flow through him, it was very calculated and also prewritten.

note how Drake spits perfect 18 syllable bars on his Versace verse, he understands the math, but it's not naturally flowing through him, he's simply studied and reproduced it, very accurately I might add.

"ver sa che ver sa che me du sa head on me like i'm lu ma na ti" = 18 syllables
"this is a ga ted ca mu na tee please get the fukk off the pro per ty= 18 syllables

Once I got to you comparing the Pythagorean theorem to the migos I was done :dead:
Gucci didn't father this flow but you can hear Gucci all in they raps. Especially Quavo.

It might sound crazy, but the funny thing is he's actually not wrong. The "flow" that the migos are using is called a "dactylic meter" (one stressed syllable followed by two unstressed syllables) - which has a history in poetry stretching back thousands of years :whoo:

migos definitely sound more like this. Bone/twista's flow is still similar though just on a different drum pattern...
