He's still gonna play the same role and have relatively the same minutes. It doesn't change anything. He's doing this because he knows he has to earn back the respect of the team after fukking up again. It's got nothing to do with game strategy.

Dray might be "terrible" for the spacing, but Poole is terrible for everything else.
