honestly that push for the bonus and the rebounding damn near slammed the door on GS by itself. crazy shotmaking down the stretch from the warriors though

Wiggins has been there before in that moment; it's not like it's Anthony Lamb out there taking that shot. If he can't be trusted to hit a wide open catch-and-shoot 3 in the corner, what use is he? As the homie said above, we've seen time and time again where players are cold all game and then hit a shot when it matters the most. If Wiggins hits that, then the entire narrative about this would be to the contrary. The Warriors couldn't have drawn up a better look than that.
No different to Klay hitting two threes in the 4th, and then jacking up some bullshyt after that, leading to the Kings making it a two-possession game.
I don't think there is a right/wrong answer here, but if you've got a main option player in a wide-open situation, you live with them taking that shot.

Monk is their third best player, anyone who has watched us knows this. So whether he comes off the pine or starts he has the output of any good team's #3...
I was really, really impressed with both his and Fox's aggression and poise tonight. It's their playoff debut and these nikkas went shot for shot, didn't get frazzled...

I blame Kerr for this loss too… he took Steph out with 3:28 I’m the 3rd knowing he wasn’t going to start him in the 4th and Kings immediately go on that run to close out the 3rd with a 1pt lead
