That's not true though lol. They got a 5-star and a half dozen 4-star recruits who wanted to come play for Colorado for various reasons. Some of those 3-stars will be nice contributors too. This team is way better now than last year.

What I was trying to say is that the portal is good for a few good players to join the squad but you can't expect to replace 50+ spots and be a high caliber team week in and out. They are better than they were back in January but they maybe a ceiling to it and I feel that we are starting to see it now. If they are struggling with CSU now, they are going to have major issues when they play USC, UCLA, Oregon and Utah who have more continuity with personnel. I think when they go to the Big 12 next year along with a recruiting class or two, we should see the type of team that Deion really wants.
