On a serious tip, I'm empathetic to this individual, Obviously being a hetero male I can't relate to wanting my penis chopped off but I guess I do understand how painful it would hypothetically be to live in a body that doesn't reflect your gender identity. With all that said, that's still no reason to scam people out of money to get the surgery done (btw, where does it say he needed money because of a car accident? I don't want to jump to conclusions unless I have all the facts first...all i seen was the youtube video and it was pretty vague and didn't go into detail)
