Same here.I just like the vibe from the movie
The city, the cars drifting, the music
Plus I think it inspired Need for Speed Carbon which is one of my favorite games
I have always liked Tokyo Drift but I hadn't watched it since it came out. However, I re-watched it on TV last year (10 years after it came out) and I liked it even better than before. It's now my favorite out of the entire F&F series.I had never watched it until 3 weeks ago. Why?
Cause of all the negative hype
Imagine my face during the first race of the movie (prolly 5 min in)
This is now one of my fave F&F movies out the entire franchise
never understood the hate for itIs so underrated or disliked?
What's so bad about it?
I think it's the best one
the tokyo backdrop plus the 80s/90s ski movie plot are why i like the movieI loved the Tokyo backdrop, surprisingly it was one of those movies, like Drive, Nightcrawler, Collateral, Whiplash, where the city or music feels like a character.

I agree with all of this. This is my favorite one, I love how the movie is grounded to mostly racing. The drifting was
Be cause it was a spinoff that didn't feature any familiar faces at the Time. people must of thought Paul and Vin would never come back
Sean was also cheesy.
Ita nostalgic now though, i liked the movie.

I agree with you mostly. However I would tweak it a bit:I always looked at it is
Underground 1 - The Fast and The Furious
Underground 2 - 2 Fast 2 Furious
Tokyo Drift - Carbon
But yeah the overall vibe and focus was racing in the first three films, the fourth was ok and five was tolerable but after that it was over.

Which F&F inspired Most Wanted (2005)?
How? The fourth one came out in 2009 and Most Wanted is from 2005.None. No FnF released that year, but if we talking vibe of the game, I'd say the fourth one.
I know...thank God that it happened. Its crazy to think if it wasn't for the FnF franchise The underground series wouldn't exist
